Once all orders are received for a full animal, a prime 2-3 year old bison will be selected for harvest. Final price will be determined after processing and once final weight is determined. You will be charged the final price less deposit.

Estimated final price is between $1046.25 and $1185.75 and the estimated final weight is between 75 and 85 lbs. Final price determined by final weight.

Plan on approximately 2 - 2.5 cubic feet of freezer space for a 1/4 portion.
